Show me how to adjust page breaks and print area in Microsoft Excel 2007
Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007Problem: I need to print a piece of my Excel file without sending the entire worksheet to the printer.
- Open Microsoft Excel 2007
- Click the "Page Layout" tab
- On the "Page Setup" section, click the "Breaks" button
- On the drop-down menu, click the "Insert Page Break" item
- On the "Page Setup" section, click the "Breaks" button
- On the drop-down menu, click the "Remove Page Break" item
- Note that you can also click the "Reset All Page Breaks" item to remove any page breaks at once
- Select a group of cells to be used as the new print area
- On the "Page Setup" section, click the "Print Area" button
- On the drop-down menu, click the "Set Print Area" item
- Select an additional group of cells to be added to the print area
- On the "Page Setup" section, click the "Print Area" button
- On the drop-down menu, click the "Add to Print Area" item
- On the "Page Setup" section, click the "Print Area" button
- On the drop-down menu, click the "Clear Print Area" item
