Show me how to autofill cells in Microsoft Excel 2007

Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007

Problem: I need to copy/extend data into a group of adjacent cells but I don't want to manually type all those values into each cell.

Open Microsoft Excel 2007
Select a cell containing data
Mouse over the bottom right corner of the cell and observe the cursor changing to a thin crosshair
Click the left mouse button and drag the cursor to adjacent empty cells
Click the "Auto Fill Options" menu that shows up to the bottom right of the last cell of autofilled data
