Show me how to automatically delete temporary internet files in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Internet Explorer -> Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Problem: I want to have all my cached internet files deleted every time I shut down my browser.

Open Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
Click the "Tools" menu
Click the "Tools -> Internet Options" item
On the "Advanced" tab under "Settings", scroll down to the "Security" section and check the "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" checkbox
Click "OK"
