Show me how to convert text to columns in Microsoft Excel 2007

Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007

Problem: When I paste delimited data into Excel it's not properly aligned into columns.

From within another application (e.g., Notepad), copy a selection of text that will be pasted into Excel (after the text is highlighted, right-click on it and select "Copy" from the context menu)
Open Microsoft Excel 2007
Right-click on a cell and click on the "Paste" option in the context menu
Click on the "Data" tab
On the "Data Tools" section, click on the "Text to Columns" button
On the "Convert Text to Columns Wizard - Step 1 of 3" window, click the "Next" button
On the "Convert Text to Columns Wizard - Step 2 of 3" window, uncheck the "Tab" option
Check other options to see how it changes the data display (as shown in the "Data preview" window)
Click the "Finish" button
