Show me how to hide and unhide rows and columns in Microsoft Excel 2007

Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007

Problem: I need to hide rows or columns without actually deleting the data, and I need to unhide those values once they've been hidden.

Open Microsoft Excel 2007
Right-click on a row or column
Select the "Hide" item
Select the select the rows/columns that are on either side of the row/column that was just hidden
Right-click on the selected rows/columns
Select the "Unhide" item
