Show me how to navigate forward and backward through pages in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Internet Explorer -> Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Problem: I would like to navigate through my browsing history as fast as possible without constantly moving the cursor back to the arrows in the upper-left corner of the browser.

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
  2. Visit a dozen random pages
  3. Click the "Back" button (it looks like a left-arrow)
  4. Click the "Forward" button (it looks like a right-arrow)
  5. Right-click in the blank space of the web page
  6. Click the "Back" item
  7. Right-click in the blank space of the web page
  8. Click the "Forward" item
  9. Click the "Recent Pages" button (it looks like a small down arrow to the right of the "Forward" button)
  10. Use the drop-down list to navigate through the list of recently-viewed pages
