Show me how to scale a spreadsheet to fit in one printed page in Microsoft Excel 2007

Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007

Problem: When I send my spreadsheet to the printer there are extra columns or rows that bleed over onto a second printed page.

Open Microsoft Excel 2007
Click the "Page Layout" tab
Expand the "Scale to Fit" section
On the "Page Setup" window on the "Page" tab under the "Scaling" section, click the "Fit to:" radio button
Click the "OK" button

Shortcut Method:

Open Microsoft Excel 2007
Click the "Page Layout" tab
On the "Scale to Fit" section, adjust the values for "Width" or "Height" or "Scale"
