Show me how to split panes in Microsoft Excel 2007

Excel -> Microsoft Excel 2007

Problem: I have a very large spreadsheet and it's difficult to compare information between different areas.

  1. Open Microsoft Excel 2007
  2. Select an entire column or an entire row
  3. Click the "View" tab
  4. On the "Window" section, click the "Split" button
  5. Select the same row or column
  6. Click the "Split" button again
