Show me how to use tabbed browsing in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Internet Explorer -> Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

Problem: I want to have multiple web pages open at the same time but I don't want to open a brand new browser window for each page.

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
  2. Click the "Tools" menu
  3. Click the "Tools -> Internet Options" item
  4. On the "Internet Options" window, on the "General" tab, under "Tabs", click the "Settings" button
  5. Click the "Enabled Tabbed Browsing" checkbox
  6. Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
  7. Click "New Tab" pane (it's the blank partial tab that shows up to the right of the last open tab)
  8. Click "Home" button
  9. Right-click on an existing hyperlink
  10. On the context menu, click "Open in New Tab"
  11. Click on newly-created tab
  12. Click the "Quick Tabs" button (it looks like a four-paned window and it's to the left of the first open tab)
  13. Hover over the image of the first web page and right-click
  14. Click "Refresh All"
  15. Hover over the image of the first web page and right-click
  16. Click "Close Other Tabs"
  17. Open several more tabs
  18. Click the "Tab List" button (it's the little down-arrow to the left of the first open tab)
  19. From the resulting drop-down list choose any of the open tabs
